  4. We believe that security, safety, privacy, and protection should be an assumed standard for everyday electronic communication, instead of an afterthought.
  5. We believe that security, affordability, flexibility, and ease-of-use are paramount for success.

About Us

It all started with a question: how do you make email more safe, but easy enough for anyone to do it?

That question evolved into a passion that fueled ten years’ worth of research, development, and tracking the trends in modern business. The end result was our @SecureTrack product, with intuitive flexibility that allows for growth and adaptation, all while maintaining the most stringent security and protection standards.

We’re still a group of passionate tech wizards, compliance experts, and people who are excited about innovation and business.

Jerry Montella

avtarAs a founding member of Mail-Gard, a pioneer in postal business continuity services, Jerry Montella successfully developed the company into the nation’s leading provider of print-to-mail continuity and recovery services as Mail-Gard’s Executive Vice President and provided critical communication services to the nations largest corporate first class mailers. Prior to joining Mail-Gard in 1996, Jerry served as the Director of the Brokerage Division of CC3, Mail-Gard’s then parent company, and previously owned and operated his own direct mail and fulfillment company. Jerry was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Postal Policy Council and also served on the Executive Council for Disaster Recovery Journal. Jerry’s insight on the print/mail recovery industry has been published in Continuity Insights, Disaster Recovery Journal, Document and Mailing Systems and Technology magazines. He is also a noted speaker for national and local postal, print and disaster recovery conferences.

Pat Calderon

avtarPat joined CyphratekTM in 2016 as the COO and SVP of Sales and Marketing reponsible for the revenue growth and marketing strategy of the company, as well as the day-to-day operations to ensure client satisifaction, customer retention, and profitable growth.

Her 35 years in the corporate world have been primarily focused on business process outsourcing services, managing multi-million dollar contracts for Xerox, as well as senior positions for the former EDS - now HP Enterprise Services and Interlink Couriers.

As a Lean Six Sigma certified Black Belt, leveraging her Lean Six Sigma training provides continuous improvement driving repeated year-over-year revenue and gross profit growth. Pat’s knowledge in the total document and communication management space has assisted her previous companies’ year-over-year 20% growth. Pat prides herself driving operational delivery excellece and ensuring referenceable and satisfied clients.

Pat resides with her husband, Tom, in Athens, Texas. She enjoys gardening, boating, and fishing. She is an active volunteer for CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocate - and is actively engaged with Faith Formation within her church parish. She attended Penn State University – York Campus, and the University of Phoenix.
